FEATURES OF DCZ70 SERIES

The DCZ70 series is convenient to replace tool, you can replace drag tool with oscillating cutting tool or creasing tool. You just need to press the button on the machine head, then the tool will jump out, you can get it out and fix the tool you want to fix.:

It is driven in Schneider Servo System from Germany instead of Japan Panasonic Servo System on DCZ30 and DCZ50 series. The Schneider Servo System get higher working speed comparing with Panasonic Servo System while the cutting accuracy is guaranteed:

Note:DCZ70 series cutting table get all functions of DCZ50 series cutting machine, but DCZ70 series get higher working speed, the cutting depth is adjusted automatically, also there is V-Cut function.

26°blade, cutting thickness: Between 5mm and 7 mm. cutting materials: corrugated board, paperboard, Kraft paper, gray board、offset board, self-adhesive paper and compound materials.

20°blade, cutting thickness: Between 7mm and 10 mm. cutting materials: corrugated board, paperboard, Kraft paper, gray board、offset board, self-adhesive paper and compound materials.

16°blade, cutting thickness: Between 10mm and 15mm. cutting materials: corrugated board, paperboard, Kraft paper, gray board、offset board, self-adhesive paper and compound materials.

creasing tool for creasing(folding function):

1.four creasing wheel will be sent with machine

Left 1 : 7mm press wheel, creasing thickness : between 7mm and 15mm. creasing material: corrugated board.

Left 2 : 5mm press wheel, creasing thickness: between 5mm and 7mm, creasing material: Corrugated board.

Right 1 : 3mm press wheel,creasing thickness: between 3mm and 5mm,creasing material: corrugated board.
